The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a beautiful area, short walk to the jungle with incredible sounds and another beach and Costa Rica in search of. The location of the property was excellent - just a pleasant stroll away from Playa Grande: D
There were rock hard beds in our room.

Really enjoyed the place, had a fine stay on your Costa Rican holiday. The room was big when upgraded with kitchenette and working water, for instance.

Unique and Authentic Experience
My boyfriend and I had an amazing and authentic stay at a rustic retreat in Manzanillo. The owners were warm and welcoming, and they even picked us up from the bus stop. The rooms, made from resources in the jungle, had a charming rustic vibe, but some may find the damp wood smell a bit off-putting. The open-air shower and cute porch with a hammock added to the unique charm of the place. The remote location provided a scenic journey to Puerto Viejo, and we had a chance to meet some interesting locals in the beautiful common area. Despite some minor discomforts, like mosquito bites and occasional noise from the family living above the rooms, we can certainly say that our stay at Se Ua was truly an unforgettable and authentic experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a unique and rustic getaway.

Se Ua is the perfect place if you want to feel like Tarzan in a tropical paradise. They have it all: outdoor activities, delicious food, and even Wi-Fi in case you need to share your jungle selfies.
Who needs running water anyway? It's so much fun to pretend you're in the Stone Age and shower with a sprinkle.
